The Innovators, supported and sponsored by Future Services International Limited is Jamaica’s first business-focused reality TV show. The inaugural season was launched on Wednesday, February 15th at the South Beach Cafe.
The show premiered on Television Jamaica (TVJ) on February 19th 2012, and will air every Sunday at 5:30 pm for the next 12 weeks. The series will involve real life before & after transformations of 12 entrepreneurs, who learn from expert panelists Gary Matalon and Yaneek Page the essentials of entrepreneurship, and how to use their skills, talents or business ideas to achieve greater financial success. The Innovators will also provide hope and inspiration to many Jamaicans that they can create a better future for themselves, and make more money, in a challenging economic environment.
The show, which is also sponsored by the Jamaica Yellow Pages, HEART Trust NTA, and the Jamaica Observer, has received official endorsements from the Jamaica Film Commission and the Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce.
