We’ve revamped the process to ensure that applying for legal funding is faster and easier than ever before:

1. Complete a short application form ( you will need your ID, TRN and any documentary evidence to support your claim)

2. Once you have been approved for funding an offer will be made contingent on professional undertaking from your attorney

3. You will receive your funding upon receipt of the professional undertaking from your attorney

* To make the process even faster ensure that you have already retained an attorney on a contingency fee basis.
